Hi! We are a young and vibrant couple living in almost brand new beautiful condo in a quiet and safe area of Guilford, Surrey We are 1 block away from Guilford Town Centre, shops, restaurant, cinema, banks, supermarkets, salon etc. . We are also within walking distance to the transit, recreation centers, the library, parks and walking trails. Our place is a short bus ride to the Skytrain and universities.
We offer our guests private, nicely furnished bedroom which include a bed, dresser, desk and chair, lamp with big walk in closet, beside. The room has its own separate wing so you will have your own privacy and We also provide wireless internet, basic cable and meals can be negotiated. We have 1 room for a student. Ideally, we are looking quiet, clean, responsible international homestay student.
We are accepting applications for both short and long term stays, however we would prefer to host independent students who are looking for a long term (over 6 months) arrangement.
Our key rules are: No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no parties and no overnight guests. Also no pets please.
